Refund Policy

At Infinity9, we value your commitment and aim to deliver the best real estate training and consultancy services. To maintain the integrity of our programs and operations, the following terms apply:

1. No Refund Policy

   • All purchases, including training fees, consultancy charges, and related services, are non-refundable.
   • Once a payment is made, no requests for refunds, partial or full, will be entertained, regardless of the circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

   • Clients may choose to cancel their participation in training sessions or consultancy programs at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for such cancellations.
   • In case of cancellations, clients may request rescheduling or participation in future sessions, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Infinity9.

3. Program Changes or Rescheduling

   • Infinity9 reserves the right to reschedule or modify training sessions or consultancy schedules as needed. In such cases, clients will be notified in advance, and alternate arrangements will be provided.

4. Non-Transferable Payments

   • Payments made towards any Infinity9 service are non-transferable and cannot be applied to other programs or services.

5. Commitment to Quality

   • While refunds are not possible, Infinity9 is dedicated to addressing concerns and ensuring clients have a fulfilling and productive experience.
